Manoeuvres season for the troops has commenced and thousends of soldiers are on the march in Hampshire and Sussex . To safeguard them the rearmost man of the marching line now carries a board on which the words " Danger Troops " is picked out by reflectors , so that they can easily be seen by motorists .
